Export products from Sysnet to OrderNow

A utility designed to easily upload your menu items from Sysnet to the OrderNow cloud.

Setting up for Delivery and Pickup

You can choose to offer Delivery only, or Pickup only or include both as an additional option. 

Orders will be sent to the Sysnet system and printed using the designated printer with customer and delivery details. 

You can set a minimum order total that must be met. The minimum order total excludes delivery fee.

Item availability

Customers can choose a requested date and time for pickup and delivery orders. The date and time options are determined by the menu schedules for the ordering widget.

When the customer chooses a date and time, the menu/s scheduled for that time are loaded.
The items within the order are checked to ensure they are available. If they aren’t, the customer is warned and must remove items from the order or change the requested time.

Order workflow

Once the payment is approved, the order is taken and sent to the Sysnet integration. If the order fails to be received by the venue within 5 minutes or fails to process, we email the venue that the order failed. As a result, venues have control over what they do with orders, they are able to accept or reject the order manually in the OrderNow.
